Position: Senior Architect - Project and Business Development Manager.

Duties and responsibilities:
o Prepare project brief, conceptual design of various types of projects;
o Prepare RFT documents such as project understanding, method statement, project planning, and pricing;
o Prepare and make presentations to various governmental and private organizations;
o Develop project scope, schedule, fee and contract;
o Conduct self in an appropriate manner as the representative of Associated Consulting Engineers in Bahrain;
o Represent and promote the company during interviews, presentations, conferences and public meetings;
o Frequent communication, including meetings, with current clients and business partners to market services and identify upcoming opportunities;
o Research potential clients, market areas and developing opportunities within private and public sector;
o Plan, implement and oversee compliance of projects;
o Participate in the development, execution, supervision, and coordination of all technical aspects of field engineering assignments;
o Review the performance of subcontractors and coordinate between different project's stakeholders;
o Ensuring project deadlines are met;
o Determining project changes;
o Undertaking project tasks as required;
o Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings;
o Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.

Introduced ACE to many private organizations in Bahrain and currently in charge of the following projects:

- Durrat al Bahrain - Phase 3 (Petals 4 & 5) and Phase 4 (Atolls 5 & 6)

The project comprises the development of four man-made islands having a total area of 814,000 m². The work involved Master Plan Development, Detailed Design for the Residential Buildings and Facilities, Landscaping, Road network and Infrastructure.

- Abraj Al Lulu, Bahrain: Design lifting and coordination services. The project is located in Manama and consists of three large towers including 860 luxury apartments and accommodating over 1,100 cars in its 4-storey car parking lot.
- Promoseven House, UAE: Preliminary design for 35-storey office building located in Dubai.
- Boutique Hotel, UAE: Preliminary design services for 25-storey boutique hotel located in Dubai.
- P7 Barsha Hotel, UAE: Preliminary design services for 30-storey hotel located in Dubai.
